Job description
UnitedHealth Group is seeking a PRN Registered Nurse (RN) for Extendicare Home Health of West Tennessee to deliver and direct nursing care in patients' homes, coordinating with physicians and the care team to ensure continuity of care.
Responsibilities include developing and revising plans of care, supervising home health aides and staff, and completing OASIS assessments and related documentation while maintaining quality standards and compliance.
