About This Role
The PRN RN - Float Pool position at Cleveland Clinic’s Medina Hospital involves providing exceptional nursing care to diverse patient populations across various units. This role is ideal for flexible caregivers who can adapt to changing assignments and thrive in a dynamic environment.

Schedule: Per Diem, Variable shifts
What You'll Do
Provide direct nursing care.
Implement and monitor patient care plans.
Serve as a primary coordinator of all disciplines for well-coordinated patient care.
Monitor, record, and communicate patients’ conditions.
Note and carry out physician and nursing orders.
Assess and coordinate patients’ discharge needs.
Maintain professional growth and development through ongoing education and clinical nursing study.
Requirements
Education:
Graduate from an accredited school of Professional Nursing (Diploma, ADN, or BSN program) required.
Experience:
External applicants: 2 years of recent related nursing experience required.
Internal applicants: Less than 2 years of experience considered with Chief Nursing Officer approval.
Licenses & Certifications:
Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) required.
Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification through the American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross required.
