Job description
Visiting Nurse Association of Florida in Leesburg, FL seeks a Registered Nurse for Home Health, PRN. The RN will plan, coordinate, and assure quality in-home care for patients and families.
You will conduct assessments, develop and monitor plans of care, document care (including OASIS), and collaborate with physicians, staff, and caregivers to promote independence and positive outcomes.
