Job description
Shady Nook Nursing and Rehab in Lawrenceburg, IN is seeking a compassionate PRN Speech-Language Pathologist to join our rehabilitation team. The role focuses on residents' communication, cognition, and swallowing with flexible scheduling and patient-centered care.
Responsibilities include evaluation, treatment planning, progress monitoring, dysphagia management, and collaboration with interdisciplinary teams. Indiana licensure and BLS are required; ASHA CCC-SLP is preferred.
