Job description
Concept Rehab, Inc is seeking PRN Speech Language Pathologists (SLP) to support multiple skilled nursing and rehabilitation facilities throughout the Cincinnati, Ohio market.
You will evaluate and treat residents with communication, cognitive, and swallowing disorders; develop individualized treatment plans; collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, families, and interdisciplinary teams; complete timely clinical documentation; and help improve quality of life.
