Job description
Life Care Centers of America in Sedro-Woolley, WA seeks a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) for a PRN role within skilled nursing facilities. You will provide direct speech therapy to patients referred by physicians, collaborating with nursing, therapy, and medical staff to support functional progress and quality of life in a patient-centered environment.
Required MS/MA in SLP, ASHA CCCs or CFY eligibility, active state licensure, and CPR certification.
