Experience the SYNERGY HomeCare difference, and feel valued in a purpose-driven career.Do you:Enjoy serving others?Have a big heart with a lot of love to share?Take charge with a warm smile?As an Experienced Caregiver, you will provide non-medical, hands-on support to clients who require a higher level of assistance with daily living—helping them remain safe, comfortable, and independent at home.Responsibilities (Non-medical Care Only)Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toiletingProvide hands-on support with mobility and transfers (gait belt; Hoyer lift experience preferred)Support clients with incontinence care and repositioningProvide care for clients with dementia or Alzheimer's, offering patience, structure, and reassuranceAssist with meal preparation, light housekeeping, and companionshipObserve and report changes in condition to the office (no medical tasks)Maintain a safe and respectful environment for clientsIf so, read on to learn more about working with SYNERGY HomeCare.
