Job description
Halcyon Home LLC in Austin, TX seeks a PRN Home Health Speech-Language Pathologist to support geriatric patients in the community. You will perform OASIS assessments, develop plans of care, and provide speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing therapy in patients' homes.
Flexible schedules let you pick your own hours, with team support and a competitive per-visit rate designed for PRN clinicians. Texas licensure and Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology are required.
