Job description
Continuum Therapy Partners is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist to join the PRN team at Avir at Cleburne in Cleburne, TX. This role supports rehabilitative services in a supportive, collaborative skilled nursing facility, delivering patient-centered care that makes a daily impact.
As a PRN clinician, you’ll collaborate with therapy and nursing staff, assess communication and swallowing disorders, develop treatment plans, and document progress in the resident records.
