Job description
Life Care Centers of America in Port Townsend, WA seeks a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide direct rehab services per physician referral, aligning with applicable laws and Life Care standards.
Requirements include MS or MA in Speech-Language Pathology, ASHA CCCs or CFY eligibility, active state licensure, CPR, and 1 year of experience preferred; new grads are welcome to apply. This role is PRN and on-site at a Life Care SNF facility.
