Job description
ProHealth Group is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) for PRN home health assignments in Pensacola, Florida. The SLP will provide intermittent speech therapy services in patients' homes under physician orders and care plans, with supervision from the Director of Clinical Services.
Responsibilities include initial evaluations, treatment plans, progress notes, and coordination with physicians and family members.
