Job description
Aveanna Healthcare is seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) to join our home health team serving Cobb and Douglas Counties in Georgia. This PRN role requires weekend visits and comprehensive home-based therapy to help patients recover at home.
Responsibilities include initial and ongoing mobility assessments, developing and delivering a written plan of care, and coordinating with physicians, nurses, and family to ensure quality outcomes. OASIS experience and CPR are preferred.
