Apply today and join our hospice team.Make your weekends meaningful.Rocky Mountain Care Hospice is seeking a compassionate and experienced PRN Weekend Hospice Registered Nurse (RN) to provide skilled, patient-centered care throughout the Salt Lake City area.This is a great opportunity for an RN looking for flexible PRN weekend work, independence, and meaningful one-on-one patient care.What You’ll DoComplete hospice nursing visits and comprehensive patient assessmentsProvide skilled nursing and comfort-focused careMonitor changes in condition and respond to patient needsEducate and support patients, families, and caregiversCoordinate care with our interdisciplinary hospice teamMaintain accurate and timely clinical documentationMake independent clinical decisions within your scope of practiceWhat We’re Looking ForCurrent, active Registered Nurse (RN) license valid to practice in UtahStrong clinical assessment and critical-thinking skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and collaborate with an interdisciplinary teamComfortable using electronic documentation and emailCompassionate, dependable, and committed to providing exceptional end-of-life careHospice, home health, or related nursing experience preferredWork Location: In person
