Job description

Healogics is the largest provider of advanced wound care services in the United States, treating more than 300,000 chronic wound patients annually across over 600 sites. The Wound Care Center LPN works under RN/Provider to provide wound-related nursing care in accordance with policies and guidelines.

Qualifications include LPN/LVN licensure, 2+ years of nursing experience (prefer SNF/LTACH) and BLS. The role emphasizes patient care, teamwork, and compliance with CMS and accrediting standards.
