nVellum Health is hiring full-time Infusion RNs to support multiple skilled nursing and rehabilitation facilities across the Texas region. This is an excellent opportunity for nurses seeking autonomy, predictable daytime hours, and meaningful patient interaction—without the demands of hospital shift work.
nAbout the Role
nWe are hiring Registered Nurses to provide both infusion therapy and blood transfusion services.
nAs a Mobile Infusion RN, you will travel to multiple skilled nursing and rehab facilities within the South Texas region. This is a mobile field role—not a single-facility position. All patient assignments are scheduled for you, no marketing is required, and all supplies are provided.
nDaytime only. No nights. No weekends.

nKey Responsibilities
n*Must be available to work a minimum of ONE set day per week to accommodate facility schedules
n• Administer IV medications, hydration therapy, and specialty infusions
n• Perform blood transfusions (training available for ACLS nurses)
n• Monitor patient responses and manage infusion-related reactions
n• Access and maintain PIVs, ports, and PICCs (no line placement required)
n• Complete documentation using our mobile web platform
n• Provide updates to providers and facility staff
n• Support education for patients and facility nursing staff as needed
nRequirements
n• Active Texas RN license
n• ER or ICU experience strongly preferred
n• 1+ year IV or infusion experience preferred
n• Current BLS
n• ACLS preferred — ACLS nurses may cross-train for blood transfusion competency
n• Valid driver’s license and reliable personal vehicle
n• Ability to travel between multiple facilities in the South Texas region
n• Comfortable using mobile documentation tools
