Job description
ETS Performance is hiring a Strength & Conditioning Director to lead elite athlete development with a focus on youth, high school, college, and professional athletes. After an initial three months of training at our Minnesota headquarters, there may be opportunities to lead the Germantown facility as ETS expands in the United States.
The role requires a passion for developing athletes, alignment with ETS training philosophies, and the ability to work in a fast-paced private sector
