Job description
Friedman’s Home Improvement in Santa Rosa is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for our Pro & Design Sales team. You will lead and mentor a 20-40 person team, drive store operations, and ensure exceptional customer service.
The role requires 5+ years in retail management, strong communication and organizational skills, and the ability to train staff on policies and product knowledge. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Microsoft D365 is preferred.
