Job description
The Home Depot is seeking a Pro Experience Manager (Pro XM) to join the store leadership team in Roswell, GA. You will oversee Pro area standards, coach associates, and partner with Store Leaders to drive Pro sales, loyalty, and timely deliveries.
As MOD and leader of the Pro department, you will model service excellence, manage staffing, and ensure safety training. This role reports to the Specialty ASM or Pro ASM and has 4 direct reports, with no required travel.
