Job description
The Home Depot in Gaylord, MI is seeking a Pro Experience Manager (Pro XM) to join the store leadership team. You will oversee the Pro area to ensure fast, accurate service and high standards of customer care, while coaching associates on safety and policies.
You will partner with Store Leaders and Specialty Managers to implement Pro strategies, assist with recruiting and training, and manage opening/closing duties to sustain strong Pro customer loyalty.
