Job description
The Home Depot is seeking a Pro Experience Manager (Pro XM) to lead the Pro department, champion service, and ensure on-time deliveries while partnering with Store Leaders and Specialty Managers. You will coach associates, manage staffing, safety, and opening/closing operations, and drive Pro sales, loyalty, and Pro Xtra signups in a fast-paced retail environment.
