Job description
The Home Depot is seeking a Pro Experience Manager (Pro XM) to join our store leadership team in Opelika, AL. This role drives Pro customer service, department readiness, and operational excellence, partnering with the Pro team to increase sales, loyalty, and Pro Xtra signups.
Responsibilities include managing the Pro area, coaching associates, overseeing opening/closing duties, and ensuring safety and SOP compliance. Strong leadership and retail operations experience are essential.
