Job description
The Home Depot is seeking a Pro Experience Manager (Pro XM) to lead the Pro area, oversee store standards for customer service, readiness, and operations, and collaborate with Pro team and store leaders to drive sales, loyalty, and Pro Xtra signups. This role emphasizes fast, accurate customer interactions and cross-functional collaboration.
As part of store leadership, you will coach associates, manage staffing, ensure safety adherence, and execute opening/closing procedures in line with SOPs.
