Job description
The Home Depot is seeking a Pro Experience Manager (Pro XM) to join our store leadership team in Ridgecrest. You will oversee Pro department readiness, service standards, and key ops to improve sales, loyalty, and Pro Xtra signups while ensuring accurate customer experience and on-time deliveries.
As MOD and a mentor to associates, you will implement SOPs, drive staffing, and collaborate with Store Leaders to execute Pro strategies. A strong emphasis on safety and policy compliance is required.
