Job description
The Home Depot is seeking a Pro Experience Manager (Pro XM) to lead the Pro area, model service standards, and coach associates on safety and policy adherence. You will manage deliveries, ensure on-time staffing, and support store leadership with Pro strategies to boost signups and loyalty.
As MOD when required, you will follow SOPs, monitor timekeeping, and drive operational readiness across departments, partnering with Store Leaders to maintain a safe, productive environment for Pro customers
