Job description
The Home Depot is seeking a Pro XM to join the store leadership team, overseeing customer service, Pro area readiness, and operational processes. You will drive Pro signups and on-time deliveries while coaching associates on policy and safety in a fast-paced retail environment.
Responsibilities include managing service quality, recruitment support, safety adherence, and leading opening/closing duties with the Store Manager and ASM. The role reports to a Specialty ASM or Pro ASM.
