Education: A bachelor’s degree with major course work in criminal justice, psychology, social work, or counseling. Experience: Prior probation experience is required with knowledge of the Judicial Information System (JIS) desired. Solid substance abuse, mental health, and treatment knowledge necessary. Excellent communication and computer skills required. Certification: CCJP (Certified Criminal Justice Professional) preferred/expected within 6 months of employment.
