Position Title : Process Engineer
Take ownership of the processes, equipment, and technology behind a growing wire harness manufacturing operation. We are seeking a hands-on Process Engineer to support and improve manufacturing processes, troubleshoot production equipment, program harness testing systems, and drive greater efficiency across the shop floor. The ideal candidate brings direct wire harness manufacturing experience, strong mechanical aptitude, and the practical problem-solving skills to understand equipment, diagnose issues, and implement improvements.
