Are you an engineer who loves solving problems, improving processes, and seeing your ideas come to life on the production floor? At The Gund Company , you'll do more than support manufacturing operations. You'll help shape them.

We're looking for a Process Engineer I to join our team and play a key role in driving continuous improvement, Lean initiatives, process optimization, and capital projects. This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career engineer who wants hands-on experience, real ownership, and the chance to make a measurable impact from day one.

What You'll Do

· Improve manufacturing processes to enhance safety, quality, efficiency, and cost performance

· Support Lean Manufacturing and Kaizen initiatives that drive real business results

· Analyze production data, identify trends, and recommend process improvements

· Participate in root cause investigations and problem-solving activities

· Lead and support continuous improvement and capital projects

· Create CAD drawings, process documentation, work instructions, and training materials

· Collaborate with operators, leaders, and engineering teams to solve manufacturing challenges

· Gain hands-on exposure to equipment, materials, and advanced manufacturing processes

What We're Looking For

* Bachelor's Degree in Engineering

* 2-3 years of manufacturing engineering experience preferred

* Knowledge of engineering principles and continuous improvement concepts

* CAD or SolidWorks experience

* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

* Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

* A curious mindset and passion for making things better every day
