Job description
SCN BestCo is seeking a Process Engineer to optimize production processes and improve product quality across multiple manufacturing lines in Santa Cruz. You will partner with production, warehouse, quality, and maintenance to implement cost-effective improvements and safe operations.
Requires a bachelor’s in engineering and 2+ years of manufacturing or process engineering experience, with strong analytical and communication skills. Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office is expected.
