Provide process and operations engineering support to a chemical plant looking to increase production to meet steady demand. We need an engineer who enjoys being in the plant, as they will likely spend 75% of their time in the units. This site offers good career growth and advancement potential.
Provide day-to-day support to production units to optimize the process
Improve KPI's by engineering process improvements
Coach and develop operators
Troubleshoot process issues and quality variations
Support PSM and EHS initiatives and programs
Reduce emissions and waste in the process
Innovate with improvements to process and product variables
