Job Description
Drive the optimization of plant operations by analyzing production processes, workflows, and labor utilization
Evaluate and enhance equipment utilization, material flow, and operating systems to improve overall productivity
Champion improvements in safety, quality, reliability, and cost performance across plant operations
Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Engineering, and Maintenance teams to support strategic initiatives
Lead capital improvement projects and oversee equipment installation efforts from planning through execution
Key Requirements
Engineering Degree required
Demonstrated experience in process improvements and CAPEX project management
Background in metals manufacturing, including aluminum, zinc, steel, or iron ore operations
