Job description
CVS Health Corporation is seeking a Manager for Process Engineering to lead high-impact BPM initiatives across ISTS. You will design, standardize, and govern processes, partnering with IT, security, and operations to reduce friction and increase capacity.
You will apply DMAIC and Lean Six Sigma methodologies, manage a backlog, and ensure updates to SOPs, KPIs, and governance artifacts. A Lean Six Sigma Green Belt is required, with 5+ years in the field.
