Job description
Idahoan Foods, LLC in Idaho is seeking a Continuous Improvement Engineer to lead plant-wide efficiency initiatives. You will partner with operations, maintenance, and quality teams to identify waste, improve yield, and accelerate capital projects using DMAIC and Kaizen methodologies.
The role requires a BS in engineering, 1–5 years in project management, and experience with lean/Six Sigma, ERP systems, and data analysis.
