Job description
Old-Castle Building Envelop, a leading architectural glass and building products company, seeks a Process Engineering Manager to lead the operations excellence and quality function at our Dallas facility. You will build systems that audit for quality and strengthen fabrication and supply chain performance.
You will coach engineers and technicians, drive supplier and customer quality processes, champion zero-defect outbound quality, and apply TPS principles on the shop floor to keep priorities
