Job description
GC Packaging seeks a Process Improvement Manager to drive safety, quality, cost and customer service improvements across manufacturing and distribution. You will learn the card manufacturing process and engage daily with facility operations.
Reporting to the Operations Leader, you will develop standard work, map value streams, lead root cause analysis, and train hourly and salary staff while tracking KPIs and implementing new tech to boost efficiency.
