Your work will center on simplifying processes, clarifying ownership, strengthening controls, reducing manual effort, and ensuring that new ways of working are successfully adopted and sustained. While you may leverage automation, cloud platforms, and AI as enablers, your primary focus will be on process improvement rather than dedicated data or GenAI work.

As a key partner to the Business Transformation Committee, you will help translate transformation priorities into practical, measurable improvements with clear ownership, structured implementation plans, and tracked business outcomes.
