Job description
Lilly is seeking an Instrument Technician to install, calibrate, troubleshoot, and maintain process instrumentation supporting pharmaceutical manufacturing in Indianapolis, IN. In this role, you will ensure accurate, reliable measurements for critical systems, execute preventive and corrective maintenance, and maintain GMP-compliant documentation. You will collaborate with engineering, operations, and quality teams to support safe, efficient production, contribute to continuous improvement, and uphold Lilly’s high standards for patient-focused, ethical, and innovative healthcare solutions.
