Process OperatorOur client, Industrial Operations is seeking a Process Operator to join their team. As a Process Operator, you will be part of the Wet Processing Plant team supporting day-to-day production and quality. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, basic computer skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced production environment, which will align successfully in the organization.Location: Dividing Creek, NJPay Range: $29.00 per HourShift: Rotating 12-Hour ShiftsWhat's the Job?Operate and monitor wet processing plant equipment and systems to keep production running smoothly.Learn and perform duties across multiple plant roles, including Process Operator, Process Helper, and Spare Operator.Monitor production processes, gauges, controls, and operational data to support consistent output.Enter production and operational information into computer systems accurately and timely.Collect product and process samples for testing and quality control, and complete routine facility inspections to identify operational, maintenance, or safety concerns.What's Needed?High School Diploma or GED preferred.Basic computer skills and basic math skills.Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow procedures and maintain accurate records.Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and stay focused in a fast-paced environment.Dependable attendance and punctuality, with reliable transportation required (facility is not accessible by public transportation).What's in it for me?Training provided—no prior processing plant experience required for the right candidate.Clear path to long-term career growth in industrial operations.Opportunity to build skills by supporting multiple roles within the plant.Temp-to-hire opportunity with potential for long-term employment.Work in an environment focused on safety, quality, and continuous improvement.Upon completion of waiting period associates are eligible for:Medical and Prescription Drug PlansDental PlanSupplemental Life InsuranceShort Term Disability Insurance401(k)If this is a role that interests you and you'd like to learn more, click apply now and a recruiter will be in touch with you to discuss this great opportunity.
