Job description
Process OperatorAs a Process Operator, you will operate packaging equipment and perform production tasks with increased independence and efficiency. You will ensure product quality, support troubleshooting efforts, and maintain compliance with safety and food safety standards. This role builds on foundational skills and contributes to consistent production performance.What You Will DoOperate processing and packaging equipment to support chocolate production.Verify product quality and complete required production and sanitation documentation.Adjust equipment settings to maintain product specifications and efficiency.Troubleshoot basic equipment issues and escalate more complex problems.Maintain clean and sanitary work areas in compliance with food safety standards.Ability to work overtime, weekends, and holidays.
