Process ServerProVest LLC is seeking experienced and reliable Process Servers to join our growing network in Idaho. We provide civil process services for law firms, financial institutions, and other legal clients throughout the state.Celebrating over 30 years of excellence, ProVest LLC is one of the nation's leading legal support service firms. We provide comprehensive legal and process service solutions to many of the country's most respected law firms and financial institutions.Our mission is to deliver accurate, timely, and compliant service while maintaining the highest standards of quality.This is a 1099 independent contractor position, with weekly compensation based on completed jobs.We are currently seeking process servers who can provide reliable coverage in the following Idaho areas:Boise / Ada CountyMeridian / Nampa – Ada and Canyon CountiesTwin Falls / Twin Falls CountyIdaho Falls / Bonneville CountyPocatello / Bannock CountyCoeur d'Alene / Kootenai CountyLewiston / Nez Perce CountyMoscow / Latah CountyRexburg / Madison CountyMountain Home / Elmore CountyAdditional coverage areas may also be available depending on location and demand.Ideal candidates include:experienced Process ServersLicensed Private InvestigatorsCurrent or Former Law Enforcement ProfessionalsIndividuals with experience serving legal documentsKey responsibilities:Make diligent service attempts at varied times, including mornings, evenings, and weekends when necessaryActivate cases within 24 hours of receiving documents via FedEx or emailComplete required service attempts and accurately document each attemptSign and notarize all eligible affidavits within 48 hours of service completionUtilize ProVest's mobile applications to:Upload photo evidence of addressesSubmit detailed attempt notesRecord service or non-service outcomesSubmit required documentationRequirements:Reliable transportationValid driver's licenseActive auto insuranceSmartphone capable of running mobile applicationsStrong communication and documentation skillsProfessionalism, punctuality, and attention to detailAbility to work independently and manage assignments efficientlyWhy work with ProVest?Independent contractor flexibilityWeekly compensation based on completed jobsConsistent opportunities in multiple Idaho marketsMobile technology to manage assignments and submit documentationSupport from an experienced operations teamJoin ProVest's growing network of professional process servers in Idaho today!
