We are a trusted partner to more than 5,800 customers in over 50 countries, including more than 40 of the top 50 medical device companies and 9 of the top 10 pharmaceutical companies.Reporting to the General Manager or Operations Manager, the Process Supervisor ensures maximum utilization of equipment, oversees or performs the scheduling and processing of product consistent with the customers' timeframe and quality requirements for multiple shifts. Supervises Shift Supervisors, Operators and Material Handlers. May supervise Shipping/Receiving staff as directed by the facility General Manager. Ensures that all operations meet or exceed regulatory and Company standards.ResponsibilitiesEnsures that all product runs are scheduled and run in a manner consistent with the customers' turn-time and quality requirementsMaintains proper segregation of processed and non-processed product at all timesCoordinates downtime for preventative maintenance with the Maintenance DepartmentReviews and approves all final processing data prior to certification to ensure that process parameters or loading patterns are in compliance with customer specificationsVerifies that all instrumentation has been calibrated before usePrepares month end report that details system performanceProvides direction and support for the Shift Supervisor, routine feedback on performance issues and information pertaining to the operationMaintains proper documentation and adherence to requirements including:Physical countsProduct segregationPalletizing patternsSpecial handling requirementsDamage reportsCompany proceduresReviews and approves weekly payroll hoursResponsible for the training of all operations employeesAssists with other tasks and special projects as assigned by the General Manager or Operations ManagerSUPERVISION GIVEN: Supervises the work of others.QualificationsBachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experienceFive (5) years' experience in a production environment with two (2) years of supervisory experience preferredMust be able to read, write and speak fluent EnglishMust be willing to work established shiftsIntermediate Microsoft Office skillsMust be willing to carry a page and be available 24/7 in the event of an emergencyTraining Required:Must complete all required training for a "Process Supervisor" as outlined in the training manual.BenefitsMedical, Rx, Dental, Vision, Disability, Life Insurance, Health Savings and Flexible Spending Accounts401(k) program with Company match that immediately vestsPaid holidays, vacation and sick timeFree financial planning assistancePaid parental leaveEducation assistanceVoluntary benefits including Critical Illness, Accident, Hospital Indemnity and Pet InsuranceEmployee Assistance Program (EAP)All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment and will not be discriminated against on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, age, disability, or protected veteran status.
