Job description
Process TechUnder the direction of the group leader, supervisor or manager the lead technician is responsible for the processing, setup and trouble shooting of the machines in their assigned work area. They are responsible for ensuring adherence to safety, quality, housekeeping, and company policies, procedures and standards.Support production during current heavily loaded trial periodsTroubleshoot alarmsAssist with correct actionsDocument activityAssist with trial activityOrganization of equipmentSkills RequiredInjections molding experience (multiple years required)Troubleshooting and mechanical knowledgeAbility to work independentlyExcel knowledgeProficient with hand toolsTraining specific to placement into position:Actively involved or completed Paulson training program not scoring less than 70% on any of the post test scores.Other:Able to operate and troubleshoot the machinery, tools and equipmentAble to lift loads of forty (40) poundsBasic computer (i.e. Excel)Equal Opportunity Employer This employer is required to notify all applicants of their rights pursuant to federal employment laws.
