Process Technician - Injection MoldingWe're seeking an experienced Process Technician – Injection Molding to join a growing manufacturing team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with machinery, optimizing production processes, solving technical challenges, and producing high-quality products.If you have experience with injection molding equipment and take pride in maintaining efficient, consistent production, this could be an excellent opportunity.What You'll DoSet up and operate injection molding machines and related equipmentStart up, shut down, and troubleshoot molding processesAdjust machine settings, temperatures, pressures, molds, and cycle times to optimize productionMonitor product quality and identify defects or process inconsistenciesMaintain accurate process documentation and machine recordsAssist with mold changeovers and production setup activitiesWork closely with maintenance and engineering teams to ensure equipment readinessPerform routine maintenance and cleaning of machines and auxiliary equipmentSupport continuous improvement initiatives and process optimization effortsFollow all company safety, quality, and production standardsWhat We're Looking ForHigh School Diploma or GED requiredTechnical certification preferredMinimum of 2 years of injection molding experience requiredStrong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skillsExperience working with injection molding equipment such as Arburg, Engel, Husky, or similar machinesAbility to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and process documentationFamiliarity with mold changeovers and process validationStrong attention to detail and commitment to qualityAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environmentStrong problem-solving and communication skillsPreferred QualificationsExperience with automation or robotics in molding operationsFamiliarity with ISO, GMP, or other regulated manufacturing environmentsContinuous improvement or process optimization experiencePhysical RequirementsAbility to lift up to 50 poundsAbility to stand, walk, bend, and move throughout the production areaComfortable working around manufacturing equipment and machineryAbility to work in a fast-paced production environmentBenefitsCompetitive PayFull-Time OpportunityStable Manufacturing EnvironmentOpportunity to Work with Advanced EquipmentProfessional Growth and Development OpportunitiesTeam-Oriented WorkplaceLong-Term Career PotentialThis is a great opportunity for an experienced process technician who enjoys troubleshooting, optimizing production, and working with advanced manufacturing equipment.
