Process TechnicianThe Process Technician supports the production needs of the operation by setting up, adjusting, and troubleshooting machines with assistance and/or direction from management or qualified associates.1st Shift: Monday to Friday from 7:00am-3:00pm2nd Shift: Monday to Friday from 3:00pm-11:00pm3rd Shift: Sunday to Thursday from 11:00pm-7:00amDuties and ResponsibilitiesSet-up, operate, and maintain equipment as needed to support operationsMake professional and lasting modifications and repairs to existing equipment with direction from management or qualified associatesResponsible for cosmetic criteria as specified and communicating criteria to employeesRelay pertinent product and quality related information to Operators, Inspectors, Supervisors, and peers, in both written and verbal formsDocumentation of production, maintenance, and QC audits performedOrganizing and maintaining the order and cleanliness of equipment, storage areas and the department as a wholeOther duties and projects, as required by production and business needEducation, Skills, and ExperienceHigh School Diploma or equivalent requiredPrevious manufacturing experience1+ years of Injection molding experienceEstablished ability to identify and communicate issues and offer proposed solutionsGreat attention to detail is requiredAbility to manage interruptions in a professional and respectful manner is essentialAbove average basic math skills and reasoning abilityModerate computer and Microsoft Office skillsSuccessful completion of Mechanical Aptitude testMilwaukee Tool is an equal opportunity employer.
