Process Technician - Injection MoldingJoin Gerresheimer in Peachtree City, GA as a Process Technician – Injection Molding and play a key role in producing high-quality plastic components for the healthcare industry. In this role, you'll set up, operate, and troubleshoot injection molding machines in a clean room environment, ensuring efficiency, safety, and precision. You'll collaborate with engineers and production teams to maintain quality standards and support continuous improvement initiatives.Key Responsibilities:Set up, start up, and operate injection molding machines to produce precision partsChange molds, complete setups, and perform basic mold repairsTroubleshoot processing issues to minimize downtimeMaintain, monitor, & support injection molding machinesFollow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work areaPerform routine mold cleaning and accurate process documentationParticipate in 5S activities and improvement projectsQualifications:High school diploma or GED required; technical certificate or associate degree preferred3+ years of experience in an injection molding manufacturing environmentHands-on experience with machine setup and troubleshootingStrong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skillsFamiliarity with thermoplastic materialsComfortable with computer systems (MES, SAP, Microsoft Office)Ability to work in a fast-paced setting and follow SOPsPreferred:5+ years of injection molding experienceKnowledge of ancillary equipment and a wide range of thermoplastic materialsExperience with robots and automated systemsExperience working within a regulated environment (medical / automotive)Additional Information:100% on-site positionWork Environment: Clean room manufacturingSchedule: 12-hour shifts on a rotating 2-2-3 schedule (fixed days / nights)Benefits: Comprehensive health coverage, matching 401(k), climate controlled & clean environment
