Process Technicianonsemi's semiconductor fabrication facility in Syracuse, NY, is looking for a Process Technician to join the team. Our technology enables the next generation of power conversion, accelerating the transition to high-efficiency, high-power conversion solutions and inspiring new power system architectures.Shift (3:00 pm to 11:30 pm, or possibly 11:00 pm to 7 am, Monday through Friday)ResponsibilitiesProcess semiconductor wafers on tools in a cleanroom fab environment, e.g., photolithography, MOCVD, etch, thin films, etc.Perform visual quality inspections and enter measurement data.Follow all procedural and safety specifications.Physically move wafers through the cleanroom.QualificationsEducation - High school diploma or higher.3+ years of experience in a similar role at a semiconductor manufacturing facility.Ability to follow written procedures and verbal directions.Attention to detail and well-organized.onsemi is excited to share the base salary range for this position is $21.20-$36.92/hr. range exclusive of fringe benefits or potential bonuses. The final pay rate for the successful candidate will depend on geographic location, skills, education, experience, and/or consideration of internal equity of our current team members.
