Processing OperatorPay Rate: $27.95 per hourThe Post Consumer Brands facility in Lawrence, KS operates on a 24/7 production schedule. Team members will work:D Shift - Saturday, Sunday, Monday, and every other Friday 6:00pm-6:00amShift premium - $1.50 per hourResponsibilitiesIn the Processing Operator role, you will:Operate and maintain processing equipment to optimize efficiency and to reduce/eliminate downtimePerform accurate, timely collection of data and product samplesMaintain a clean, sanitary and orderly work area to ensure employee and food safetyQualificationsThe successful candidate(s) for this role will have the following qualifications:Possess a high school diploma or a GEDAbility to comply with a strict attendance policyDesire to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentAbility and willingness to communicate with cross functional teamsExperience in food manufacturing preferredPhysical Job Demands:Lift: Floor to Knuckle 55 lbs. occasionally12" from floor to Knuckle 55 lbs. occasionallyPush/Pull: Push (static force) 50 lbs. occasionallyPull (static force) 50 lbs. occasionallyStanding ConstantlyWalking ConstantlyClimbing Stairs OccasionallyReaching (forward) FrequentlyManual Dexterity Constantly
