Chip-Making Process ManagerYou're the kind of person who keeps things cooking—literally. In this role, you're at the center of the chip-making process, managing the fry from start to finish. It's fast, it's hot, and it takes focus—but you take pride in getting it right.This Might Be You If:You work well in fast-paced, high-pressure environmentsYou stay focused on quality and detailsYou're comfortable around heat, noise, and machineryYou're a team player who communicates and steps in when neededWhat You'll Be Doing:Operating kettles and monitoring the frying processAssisting the Lead Kettle Operator and stepping in as neededMaintaining oil levels and adjusting equipment (including slicers)Coordinating with prep and packing teamsInspecting product for quality and food safetyCompleting logs and reporting any issuesCleaning, sanitizing, and keeping your area organizedWhat You'll Need:Ability to work 12-hour shifts in a hot, noisy environmentPhysical stamina to stand, move, and lift up to 50 lbsStrong attention to detail and safetyMechanical aptitude or willingness to learnIf you're ready to handle the heat and be a key part of the process—this might be your role.Pay: $19.75/hr.
