Whether driving strategic initiatives, improving processes, supporting customers, advancing research, developing talent, or ensuring quality and compliance, your contributions will help strengthen our ability to transform lives and shape the future of regenerative medicine.WHAT YOU WILL DOThis role supports tissue processing by reviewing work orders, coordinating with production supervisors, and performing all required tissue preparation steps-including debridement, dissection, cleaning, sizing, and quality assessment-while contributing to process improvements. It also carries out all aspects of tissue packaging and preservation in accordance with established protocols, ensures accurate documentation and data entry through thorough post-production and post-packaging reviews, and maintains a clean work environment by completing equipment and room decontamination after processing.WHAT YOU WILL BRINGNo experience requiredPay Transparency StatementThe salary range displayed represents the national base salary range for this position and is provided in good faith to support pay transparency. For positions located in designated higher-cost labor markets, a geographic pay adjustment may apply above the posted range for eligible positions according to LifeNet Health's current policy. Final compensation will be determined based on factors such as work location, relevant experience, skills, qualifications, and internal equity.
