When you join Visioneering, you're not just starting a new job- you're becoming part of a team that designs and builds precision tooling and manufacturing solutions that support some of the world's leading aerospace programs.Position: ProcessorSummary of PositionAs a Processor you will be responsible for the execution of all manufacturing activities related to assigned projects including direct costs of projects, quality assurance, and on-time delivery.Essential Functions:Daily roles include collaborating in a team-oriented environment with cross functional workers.Read and understand statements of work and other documents related to manufacturing requirementsDevelop and coordinate a plan with manufacturing teams to achieve quality, timing, and budgetary goalsManage the progress of multiple projects at a time to support manufacturing schedulesProcess material and work instructions through stages of manufacturing, including coordination of outsourcing manufacturingCoordinate with team leaders to establish manufacturing processes and proceduresPrepare and review plan of execution with manufacturing teamsServe as an information resource at estimation phase of a project as neededFollow OSHA safety guidelines, and ITAR complianceOther duties as assignedRequired Knowledge, Skills and Competencies:Read and understand engineering and manufacturing drawingsRead and understand geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T)Ability to work in a fast-paced environmentPossess strong decision-making and problem-solving skillsAbility to adapt and solve challenges as they ariseProficient computer skills in Microsoft Office applications (Excel)Strong organization and communication skillsMinimum of 2 years in a related fieldHands-on manufacturing experience (preferred)Catia/Enovia or other CAD software (preferred)High School Diploma or equivalentApply today and build your future with Visioneering.
